The story of how Mike popped the question to Helen is too adorable.
Mike told me that his job was having a "garden party" at June Farms. Mike occasionally has similar cool work gatherings, so I thought nothing of it. When we got to June Farms there were no cars, but I thought maybe we were early. Then as we were walking he brought me to the Scottish Highland cows. There was a lady in a baseball cap taking pictures of the field and again I thought nothing of it. What I was focused on was taking a picture of the adorable baby cow that was sitting in the pen.

As I was taking an extremely long time to take the picture, I suddenly felt like the photographer that was originally taking pictures of the field was taking pictures of me, so I turned around. When I did Mike was on one knee and proposed. It was absolutely perfect! We then took some pictures around the farm and after went to one of our favorite bars where we met all of our friends and family to celebrate! It was amazing!

Our first date was to go get drinks, so having part of our pictures taken at a cool bar seemed very fitting. Wm. Farmer and Sons was exactly the vibe we wanted, classy yet casual with a fun activity that felt like us. The outdoor space they have is absolutely beautiful as well, with lots of natural light and greenery. The staff was also so nice and bonus... we got free drinks! They also had a cute little nook inside where we were able to take some indoor photos with a little more privacy.

While there are so many to name, I feel like my favorite thing about Helen is how kind she can be towards others. She doesn't have a mean bone in her body and always tries to see the good in other people first and foremost.

My favorite thing about Mike would be how caring he is towards me. He makes me feel loved every single day and allows me to be myself without judgment or pressure.

We are most looking forward to actually getting married! Walking down the aisle, exchanging rings, and our first kiss as husband and wife are going to be such special, once in a life time moments that we are very much looking forward to.
